Our factory is run by a group of dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working people. There are around 300 employees engaged in the business, and over 30 positions are taken by the R&D department. After a series of reconstruction and expansion, our factory occupies 18520 square meters nowadays. In order to cope with the market demand, we improve the supply level by introducing more advanced production plants and systems in 2015.
TONGDA’s factory is not only the production site but also the place where all kinds of innovative ideas generate, pour in and being implemented. Each year, TONGDA keeps investing more than 5% of its annual sales revenue in R&D department, and up to now, TONGDA has more than 35 patents on its own.
